🌿 Balance the Doshas:

  • Vata Dosha: This phase is naturally lighter and more expansive, aligning with Vata energy. Keep Vata balanced by grounding yourself with a consistent routine and eating nourishing, warming foods. Avoid skipping meals or overstimulating yourself.

  • Pitta Dosha: With rising energy, it’s easy for Pitta to tip into overdrive. Avoid over-planning or overcommitting. Incorporate cooling foods (like cucumbers and coconut) and calming practices, such as journaling or mindful breathing, to stay steady.

  • Kapha Dosha: This phase is perfect for energizing Kapha. Use this time to embrace movement, try something new, and focus on light, invigorating meals like fresh salads with warming spices.
